To add a hospital that your group has acquired to your corporate account, first make sure that the hospital has a Vetcove account and has all their vendors synced (or, sign them up and sync all vendor accounts when prompted here). If the hospital orders through a subaccount of that main account that was synced, please also make note of the subaccount number.

Once that hospital has an account and all of their vendors’ accounts synced, send an email to pat@vetcove.com, and we’ll get that hospital added to your corporate account. In your email, please also indicate which subaccount(s) that hospital orders through, if applicable.
