Shopping Portal

The best way to get in touch with our clinic support team for the Shopping Portal is to reach out via the live chat button in the bottom right-hand corner of the Vetcove page - just start a conversation and we'll get in touch as soon as we can!

Our veterinary clinic support center is available Monday through Friday from 8:00am EST to 8:00pm EST. Clinics are also welcome to get in touch with us by emailing support@vetcove.com or via phone at 646-504-2696.

Home Delivery Portal

The best way to get in touch with our clinic support team for the Home Delivery Portal is to log in to your account and reach out via the live chat button in the bottom right-hand corner of the Vetcove page! Clinics are also welcome to get in touch with us by emailing support@pharmacy.vetcove.com or via phone at (786) 321-7387.


Pet Parent Support

The best way to get in touch with our pet parent support team for the Home Delivery Portal is to reach out via live chat – simply head to your clinic's website and click “Order Food & Meds”, there will be a “Chat with Us" button in the top right corner!

Pet parents are also welcome to get in touch with us by emailing team@pets.vetcove.com or via phone at 332-240-5022 Monday through Friday from 9:00am EST to 7:30pm EST.
