A hospital does not need to order through Vetcove in order for Vetcove to capture the order history of that hospital. So long as the order history is recorded on the vendors’ websites, we’ll be able to capture those purchases. Even if a hospital is communicating to their distributor representative through a third party using Morse code, and the rep is then recording the supply requests in the system, that order will be available on Vetcove. Although, if that’s how one of your hospitals is ordering, you should probably address that independently because it sounds inefficient.
