My company is communicating a loyalty program through Vetcove. Is progress tracking always accurate?

There are a few different ways that Vetcove communicates loyalty programs through our platform, and the answer to this varies slightly based on which route your company goes. Please contact us at support@vetcove.com to get the most up-to-date information on your specific program, but in general:

  • If customers sign up for a program through Vetcove, and Vetcove is handling payouts, we also handle official progress tracking. That means that any progress in the loyalty program as displayed on Vetcove will be official and accurate.

  • If we are tracking a long-running program, and customers sign up through another channel, the tracking that we display may or may not be official. This is all dependent on whether or not the program has existing online official progress tracking. Please email us at support@vetcove.com to learn more about your specific case.
