Vetcove offers its manufacturer partners a variety of ways to better engage with their customers on the platform including:

  • Loyalty program management: From time to time, Vetcove has offered a solution for loyalty program management, for both new and existing manufacturer loyalty programs. The program includes handling of all signups, real-time progress tracking for both practices and sales reps, payouts at the conclusion of the program, and supporting communication. This option is not currently available, but stay tuned as we're always reassessing how we can best support our hospitals, manufacturers, and suppliers!
  • Cash back deals: Vetcove allows manufacturers to build target audiences of customers and offer them cash back incentives along with along with custom content. Target customers see the cash back deals as they shop and will view the content should they choose to take advantage of the deal.
  • Support of existing direct sales channels: Vetcove aims to be a one-stop-shop for all veterinary hospitals. As such, we work with both the largest and smallest manufacturers in animal health to support their existing direct channels. Depending on the company and specific situation, these integrations can take many forms.
  • A real-time sales enablement app: Vetcove provides manufacturer sales representatives access to a sales-enabling mobile app.
  • Free sample offerings: Manufacturers can offer one-time free product samples to customers on Vetcove in order to entice them to buy in the future.
