Depending on what a manufacturer’s marketing department decides, one customer on Vetcove may be receiving a different offer than another at any given time. Marketing teams determine how to segment customers for a campaign, and one segment may be eligible for a greater cash back offer based on the criteria that are being used to segment (location, clinic size, etc.).
