The biggest change you'll notice is that old header bar menu from the top of the site has been replaced by a left-side navigation bar and slimmer header bar:

This updated layout now means that most pages are accessible in a single click! Not sure where something went? Check out the table below to see which pages live under each primary section and icon.

Across the top of the site, you'll find the search bar, your cash back, notifications, your cart, and your clinic name dropdown, which still houses Switch Clinics, Switch Portals, resource links, and Sign Out.

Not only does the search bar help you find products, you can now search to find and navigate to a page – simply type where you want to go into the search bar and jump straight there!

Place orders across multiple suppliers in a single checkout flow instead of checking out one supplier at a time. You choose which suppliers to include in each unified checkout.

To make it easier for to switch between sizes and strengths of the same product, we're introducing a new product level listing feature. This allows you to more to quickly compare different sizes of the same item and add to cart faster. Selecting a different size updates everything on that item: pricing and availability by supplier, the item tabs (details, orders, lists, and so on), and any notes or guidance.

Unit prices used to be displayed based on Vetcove's default unit of measure, which isn't always relevant to how your clinic compares prices. Now there's a dropdown to pick the unit of measure you want to see. Your choice is saved to your own user account, so your teammates can each select the unit that makes the most sense to them. Updating the unit price unit type will be reflected:

Alongside the existing note color (yellow), you can now assign one of several new colors when creating an item note, so the details that matter stand out at a glance in search. Note colors are shared across your clinic, the same way notes work today.

Move between every item that belongs to the same product, not just by count but also by Form, Strength, and Size. This replaces the old "Other Sizes" dropdown. Combinations that aren't available are grayed out, and if you pick one anyway we'll adjust the other options to show you what is available. We'll be adding this feature to more and more products over time!

Supplier carts on your cart page used to appear in a fixed order. Now, you can hover over a supplier in the left-side menu of the cart page to reveal a grip icon that let's you drag and drop your supplier carts into a custom order.

Get access to the Purchase Audit report (Analytics > Purchase Audit) that helps demonstrate missed savings. This report identifies orders placed on Vetcove where the cheapest available option from your connected suppliers was not selected.
