Do some of your suppliers have order minimums that you must reach to qualify for free shipping? If so, you may now enter those minimums on Vetcove to help you keep track of your orders! Here are two ways you can do so:
1. From the Connect Supplier Page
Simply head to the Connect Supplier Page which you may access by clicking on "Shopping" in the header bar of the Vetcove page, and selecting "Connect Suppliers". You can then click on any of your suppliers and you will see the option to Set Shipping Minimum. Just enter the minimum that has been determined with your supplier rep, and you'll be good to go!
2. From your Shopping Carts
Alternatively, you may now update your shipping minimums directly from the Vetcove shopping cart page. Simply head to the cart page via the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of Vetcove, click on the desired supplier from the menu on the left side of your page, and then select "Set Shipping Minimum":
You will then be prompted to enter the minimum that has been determined with your supplier rep, and you'll be good to go!
Moving forward, if the items you've added to your supplier's cart do not meet the set minimum amount, you will see text at the top of that supplier's cart that tells you how much more you'll need to add to that shopping cart to reach the minimum.
You will also be able to view your shipping minimums in the shopping cart view on the right side of the Vetcove search results page. If you have a set a shipping minimum for a given supplier, a truck icon will indicate if you have met your minimum for free shipping! Please note that you can always hover over the truck icons to to view additional details:
If necessary, you can always update your shipping minimum amounts by following the above steps again. This feature, along with the Switch Suppliers button, should help you move items between carts to avoid shipping charges!
Please note that this shipping minimum may not factor in any excluded items that are an exception to this minimum. For details on exclusions, you'll want to reach out to the supplier directly! Additionally, if you are unsure if your clinic has a shipping minimum with a given supplier, we recommend reaching out to your supplier rep for clarification!
