This article shares the steps necessary to shop with Staples Business Advantage on Vetcove. Please note that the Staples integration is currently only available to select locations. If you are affiliated with a corporate group utilizing the Staples integration, you will be notified by corporate when it is time to activate this integration!
Step 1: Navigate to the Staples Punchout
Go to the Vetcove homepage and navigate to the Shopping tab. Under Punchouts, select Staples.
Step 2: Punch Out to Staples
Click "Punch out to the Vendor's Website."
Step 3: Build Your Order
Build your order on the Staples ordering site.
You can use the (1) search bar, (2) various menus, or (3) your convenient shopping lists to find the products you are searching for.
Clicking on a product name or image from a product search page will bring you to the Product Page.
(1) You can explore more details, specifications, reviews and Q&A. (2) See the expected delivery date, (3) select the quantity needed and when finished, (4) Add to cart.
When you are ready to checkout, click the Cart icon in the upper right-hand corner.
If you need any assistance on the Staples site, you can access their Help Center by clicking the help icon in the upper right. Select "Help Center," and you may then review "Help Topics," use "Quick Links," or use the search bar to enter search terms and find answers to questions.

Step 4: Submit Order on Staples Site
Once you have navigated to your cart, click Submit Order on the Staples ordering site.
Step 5: View Your Staples Cart on Vetcove
You will automatically be redirected back to Vetcove and can then view your Staples Cart. Your items will remain in your Staples cart for 72 hours.
You may make any changes to item quantities as needed. Please note your total must be above the $35 order minimum, or you will encounter an error message and will be unable to place your order.
Step 6: Proceed to Checkout
Once you proceed to checkout, you may review Shipping & Options.
You will have then have a final order review and may select Place Your Order to submit.
Step 7: Order Placed
Your order is placed! You may now view your order in Order History.
