You may now connect multiple credentials for a given vendor on Vetcove! To do this, you may follow the steps below:
How to add an additional username for a vendor:
Visit your Connect Supplier Page and click on the vendor that you need to add a username for (in this example, we'll use Covetrus)
You'll see a window slide in the from the left. You'll want to click on Connect Another Username
You'll see the account number that you currently have connected. Below that, you'll want to click on Add New Username.
This will take you to a page prompting you to enter in the username and password for the new account number/login you wish to connect for that vendor! If you have trouble connecting it, you're welcome to reference this guide for help.
Congratulations! You've connected a second vendor account! If you visit your Connect Suppliers page and click on the name of your vendor, you will see that the Switch Active Username option is now available!
Now that you have both accounts connected, you'll want to be sure to select all account numbers that you would like to view on the Vetcove order history page, and all accounts that you would like to earn Vetcove cash back rewards for. To do so, click on Update Connected Accounts and select each account from the dropdown that you would like to view.
Now that you've claimed all of your accounts, you'll want to double-check that you've selected the proper active account before you begin shopping – to do so, click on the desired vendor on the Connect Supplier page, and view the account number and address displayed at the top of the page under Active Account.
You may also view your active account from the Vetcove cart page directly – just look for the Switch Accounts field in the upper right corner of your shopping cart on Vetcove.
How to switch the active username you're shopping under:
Finally, once you've completed an order for one account, and you're ready to begin shopping under your second account, just head back to the Connect Supplier page and click on the Switch Active Username field. Select the login you wish to shop under, and you're good to go!
Pro Tip: If a given login has multiple subaccounts, you can select the subaccount you wish to shop as under the Switch Active Account field.
What if you realize you're in the wrong account?
If you ever realize that you are shopping under the wrong account, you can revisit step 7 to choose the correct account.

What if you place an order under the wrong account?
We always recommend double-checking the active account number and shipping address before placing an order on Vetcove, but if you ever discover you have already placed an order in the wrong account, you will need to reach out to the vendor directly to make changes or cancel orders.
Pro Tip: You can view the active account number and shipping address on the Shipping & Options page during checkout on Vetcove.
