Toggling Between Multiple Vetcove Accounts

This article explains how to switch between multiple Vetcove accounts for different hospital locations or departments

Our Toggle Tool allows you to easily switch between multiple Vetcove accounts! If you purchase for multiple hospital locations, or if you have multiple vendor logins setup for different departments or doctors, this is the tool for you! Our Toggle Tool will enable you to have a single Vetcove username to access multiple Vetcove accounts. Here's how to get started:

Step 1: Setup Your Vetcove Accounts

To utilize this feature, you will first want to create separate Vetcove accounts for each location or department.

If your locations or departments already have their own Vetcove accounts created, please reach out to our team using the Live Chat button in the bottom right corner of your Vetcove account and ask us to activate this feature for you! (Note: Please be sure to note which existing username(s) you would like to activate the Toggle Tool for)

If your locations or departments do not already have their own Vetcove accounts, please reach out to our team using the Live Chat button in the bottom right corner of your Vetcove account and request that we create accounts for your additional locations on our end.

Step 2: Switch Between Your Accounts

Once our team has confirmed that the Toggle Tool has been activated, simply refresh your page! You may then click on the little person icon in the upper right corner of Vetcove and select "Switch Clinics":

A window will then pop up prompting you to select the Vetcove account you wish to actively view:

Multiple Users

To ensure that accounts do not get jumbled, please note Vetcove logins associated with the Toggle Tool should not be shared with multiple people.

If you have multiple team members require access to the Toggle Tool, please let us know and we can set each team member up with their own Vetcove username that has access to multiple locations.
