Enrolling in a Staples Account on Vetcove

You may now place your Staples orders directly through Vetcove! To view the Staples catalog on Vetcove and place Staples orders, you may enroll for a Vetcove-Staples account directly on our Connect Supplier page. Please note that at this time, existing Staples Business Advantage accounts are not supported on Vetcove – only new Staples accounts that are created through the Vetcove platform are supported.

All new Staples accounts that are created through Vetcove will fall under the parent account number 1841525 and are only accessible through the Vetcove platform and not on https://www.staplesadvantage.com/.

Vetcove has negotiated pricing & discounts on behalf of all Vetcove clinics. The Staples pricing on Vetcove should match, if not beat, your current pricing! Viewing your Staples Invoices

As soon as your Staples invoices become available, you will receive an email notification from Vetcove guiding you to the Vetcove Invoice page. You may access the Vetcove Invoice page by clicking on Orders a the top of your screen and selecting Invoices.

Once you're on the Invoice Dashboard, you may click on the Staples section to view all of your Staples invoices for orders placed through Vetcove.

Paying your Staples Invoices

Staples Invoices may be paid with Staples directly over the phone with the Staples Credit Services Team at 888-753-4103 option 2, or via email at StaplesCreditSD@staples.com. Please note that emails should contain the invoice number to be paid, the credit card number and the credit card expiration date.
