If you've added items to your cart on Vetcove but are having trouble finding those items on the MWI website, fear not, changing your "active" cart on the MWI page should do the trick! Occasionally, when you leave the Vetcove site and login to MWI directly to complete your order, a new and empty cart is created, making it seem as though your items have not transferred over successfully.

If you run into this problem, to access your desired cart, just click on the Shopping Cart button in the top right corner of your MWI screen, and from the dropdown menu, select "view all shopping carts". If you scroll down, you should be able to find the appropriate shopping cart with your current items – just make this cart your "active" cart and you should be good to go!
