You will only see pricing and availability from suppliers you have active accounts in good standing with, and have added to Vetcove on your Connect Suppliers page. It is possible to receive errors in price retrieval if your login credentials at that distributor have changed, or if the distributor's website is experiencing downtime. If you are synced with a supplier, but are not able to see pricing and availability, please let us know via the live chat immediately so that we can look into it for you.
